ABOUT ME

You could say I'm a professional nerd. I'm a huge music nerd, not just for classical, but also for folk music. I am a violinist by trade, but play all sorts of other instruments including viola d'amore and nyckelharpa (look them up!). I'm also a computer nerd, and used to be a software developer in a past life.

I'm very relaxed, and I am always searching for new ways to take advantage of the many opportunities that life in Europe offers. I love learning about new cultures, new languages, new food, and of course, new music! I like to think that I'm very sociable, down-to-earth, and easy to get to know. If you have a question about me or my life, just ask!

PHILOSOPHY

I have had some incredible opportunities in my life, and I want to keep on creating unforgettable memories during my adventures! And I want to include as many new friends as possible!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mostly surf at the moment, since there isn't much space in my studio in Helsinki. The couple of couchsurfing experiences I've had so far, though, were great.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed (through friends, not yet through the Couchsurfing network) a few times in France, with great hosts. It's by far the best way to get to know a place!
