I am medicine student from Zagreb, currently in the last year.
I am neat and simple, don't need much.
I love spending time outdoors, in the nature, hiking, cycling, running. Hiking is my latest favourite thing to do.
When travelling, I prefer to choose one country or an area and spend more time there, exploring it. I'm usually more interested in nature than monuments. In cities I like just to 'dive in and breathe' the city atmosphere.
I love taking photos when travelling. If you're into photography and have some tips to share, I'll be more than happy to hear them.
I love every oportunity to speak german, italian or spanish.
I like music a lot, I'm always in search for something new and different. I'm very fond of irish music. I've danced irish set dancing for 2 years and from time to time I play tin whistle.
Sometimes I practice poi dancing from youtube :)
I like good craft beer, but also a glass of wine.

I think it's a great way to travel and meet locals, an easy way to learn about other cultures and customs, while at the same time having a lots of fun.
I appreciate every oportunity to speak another language.
Every person we meet makes a new experience and every experince makes us grow and change, especially when it's people from other countries.

I listen to many kinds of music. I like jazz, gypsy music, ethno, fusions of ethno and traditional music with modern music (e.g. Kel Assouf, Mulatu Astatke, Kries, Kottarashky), rock, punk, ska, irish music, electro music. I love discovering new types of music and I would be happy to share it with you.

When it comes to movies I prefer european cinema, rather than Holywood movies, but I like to watch them now and then. I love czech comedies. I could name many european movies I like and I'd be happy to do it in person :)

Unfortunately I don't have as much time to read as I would wish to. Lately I mostly read fantasy. I love Terry Pratchett.
I'm waiting next Game of Thrones book and next in line to read is Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
I liked most of the things I had to read for school too. If you have some suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them.
