CURRENTLY

We are currently in Europe after 9 months traveling around the world : We visited Southeast Asia, New Zealand and South America !! Next thing will be Australia for a WHV in November !

BEFORE TRAVELING

For a living, I used to work as a civil engineer, doing all kinds of calculation about bridges construction, buildings and infrastructures.

I really like urbanism and the way of creating utopian cities. This is why I'm really into movies like Dark City, Blade Runner, Metropolis or Brazil... and many more !

Kirsty:

BEFORE TRAVELING

I used to work as a sound engineer in Paris especially on television programs, now I would like to discover other horizons !

I love travelling, sightseeing, chat, sport, music events, culture, meeting new people and learning new things!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people, share experiences and spend time with local citizens. We can't host anybody right now, but we will be happy to do so as soon as we will have a place to live !

Music, Movies, and Books

Antoine:

I like all kinds of music, electronic and hip hop especially. I especially like to discover new bands.

I read all kind of books, but I especially like SF books. My favorite is "La nuit des temps" from French author René Barjavel, an odyssey around space and time, two themes that I'm really interested in.

I'm into all kind of movies, trying to go to the cinema whenever I can.

Getting my diver's licence in Thailand ;

Snorkeling in Silfra between the tectonic plates in Iceland ;

Trekking three weeks around the highest mountains in the world in Nepal ;
