About Me
Hey!
I'm Anton, working as a columnist in Thessaloniki, Greece.
I have a phd on Urban Planning/Engineering & Economics, planning to further study on the field of macroeconomics as well as political economy.
I'm passionate about travelling, be it road trips, or a conbination of means of transport. I love various excursions while travelling, mostly trips on the countryside, boat-trips and hiking but I'm open to all activities, including city-walk, sightseeing and taking a taste of the local cuisine ofc.
I'm planning to see more countries than I have already did and my big dream is having a long vacation on Central Asian states (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan).
During the evenings you'll find me outdoors walking or chilling somewhere with a beer.
Cheers!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Mostly to get acquainted with locals, learn new things about the place I'm visiting and find out spots and things that are unknown to the average tourist.
Also for a coffee or beer company :-)

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you a lot about the fragility of monopoly capitalism and its vulnerability to crisis. Just kidding (or not).
I guess we can exchange knowledge about culture, history, cuisine or even other various subjects that one might be interested in.
