Hello there, somewhere ;)
My name is Anton Bauer, i am from Germany (Frankfurt), and for the moment i travel in from North America to the "end of the world" (Patagonia).

It been an amazing trip so far, met lots of people from all over the world, got impressions from all different areas, and heared a lot great sorrys about Couchsurfing.

I finished highschool and decided to start a travel across America.
Back in Germany i worked in a Bar (Weststadtcaffe/Darmstadt) as a bartender, in the summer i worked on a vineyard in Mainz (Rheinhessen).

I am an active person and like to spend my days with activities, espacially sports.
Climbing(Boulder), Snowboard, Surf, Rugby are some of my favorites.
I like to spend time with people to cook together, sitting together show and share ideas, thoughts and MUSIC!! I like to go the Bars, specially small homely bars with good music.

Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

I travel alone, and when i come to a new city it is not always easy to meet people, to find the good spots, and to find out about the good and bad areas, the touristic side and the local side of a city.

For knowing a city, in my opinion, you need a lot lot of time (live there), i will not have the time for that. But to spend a few days or a week or two or.... in a city with someone who know the city is the best way to get a real image of the city.

When i stay in a Hostel i meet the tourists but I would like to meet more locals, learn more about a city or a country than the things the internet tells me.

learn: spanish, and whatever are your hobbies and skills, i am always open for new things to try out. I want to learn something about the local cusine :))
