I am currently living in Hull, UK for my 3rd year at University- before I studied two years in Münster a study programme called European Business Programme. I grew up in Bochum which is located in the Ruhr area in Germany. And in my 10th grade I lived for six month in Australia at the Gold Coast. So far i loved all the places I lived in and can't get enough of experiencing new places!!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

As I am brand new on couch surfing i can only to refer to what i have heard so far! All my friends had great experiences, got to know interesting and awesome people and enjoyed their travel destination in a very personal way.

Interested in a lot covering a range from running to Yoga, from cooking to trying new restaurants, from snowboarding to "surfing" (the latter ones are more attempts :D), from hanging out with friends to staying in bed all day with a good book, from theatre visits to the latest movies in cinemas, from concerts to readings, from voluntary work with children to participation of amnesty campaigns …

Musik, Filme und Bücher

As i am myself not such a big music expert i am very lucky that my boyfriend recommends good music to me on a regular basic. Some bands/musicians that I like are The Kooks, Mac de Marco, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Amy Winehouse, Katie Melua, Wolf Alice, Kings of Convenience, Boy, Broken Bells, Coldplay, Foster the People, John Mayer, Tame Impala … However when i study i prefer instrumental music and when i go out i am into electro!

I like reading thrillers and crime fiction as much as love stories and novels. Some authors Adler Olsen, Stieg Larsson, Isabella Allende, Zsuzsa Bank. As i read 'Couchsurfing im Iran', 'The Bookseller of Kabul', 'Afghanistan, where God only comes to weep', 'I am Malala' i got extremely interested in books describing places i haven't been to and inspiring stories of people.
