Hey all!
Originally from New York, I recently graduated from Rice University in Houston, where I studied economics and neuroscience. In September I am headed to Cameroon to be a youth development volunteer with the Peace Corps, which is exciting and terrifying. I'm silly, sarcastic, adventurous, and I genuinely like meeting new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm brand new to couch surfing! Looking forward to hosting surfers as soon as I have a couch of my own.

兴趣

Playing ultimate frisbee, outdoorsing, cooking and baking and eating, getting hooked on quality TV shows, attempting crafts from the internet, people watching, looking at pictures of cute animals, and drinking lots of coffee.

Music: Bluegrass, 80s pop (not in an ironic way), and indie/alternative stuff. Honestly, I have been known to love music of any genre.

Movies: Romancing the Stone, Super Troopers, Wedding Crashers, Pan's Labyrinth, Dirty Dancing, and 1000 more.

Books: Anything that will keep me turning the page

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiked from the middle of the night until sunrise to see a solar eclipse from the top of a mountain. I don't if this counts as doing something amazing, but it was an amazing experience.
