About Me

My name is Lucas, I’m Brazilian, and since 2022 I’ve been traveling .

At that time, Ie lived on the beach and sailed every weekend, I lived in the mountains in the interior of Brazil, in Colombia for 8 months, in the city known as the world capital of Salsa, in Norway during the winter, with lots of snow and even the northern lights, in Morocco for 6 months where I made many friends + the desert, not to mention short trips (usually no less than 1 month).

I consider myself a slow traveler. I love settling in one place for months, making local friends, becoming a regular at the bakery and butcher, and finding my favorite coffee, library and cinema. For me, life is a huge experience, and the connections I make with people are the most fascinating part of it all, even in the difficult moments

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies with dialogue, especially long ones. I can watch the same movie dozens, maybe hundreds times. My top 3 are Pulp Fiction, Godfather and Casablanca.

I love music that sounds like soundtracks and brings back good memories. On my YouTube music you'll find a lot of Instrumental music, Jazz, Blues, Salsa and lots of Brazilian music.

I read everything, from classics to biographies, self-help, and business books, but well-written history books touch me to the soul. For me, there's nothing more interesting than true stories. ex. Sapiens and all of Amyr Klink's books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I built a small wooden sailboat with my own hands.
