About Me
CURRENT MISSION
In the life of every person there comes a point when they realise that out of all the seemingly limitless possibilities of youth they have in fact become one actuality. I'm trying to reach that point.
ABOUT ME
I was born and grew up in the South of England and this is where I spent most of my life until I was twenty-one. However on leaving school I discovered a love of going to new places and meeting new people so for the last seven years I've been living in all kinds of different places. Last year it was Singapore, Bali and France - this year I'm moving to San Francisco. I've got an MBA (from INSEAD) and try to work where I live as I find it a much more enriching experience to spend lots of time in a single location and really get to know people there. Frequently described as a bit of a pretty boy I love to dress up to go out and also enjoy endurance sports, like running, biking and ski mountaineering.
PHILOSOPHY
Three blind men are asked to describe an elephant. The first grabs a leg and says it is like a tree. The second grabs the tail and thinks it like a rope. The third walks smack bang into the side and disagrees with the others; it must be like a wall!! We are all trying to describe the same thing but just from different persepectives.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I did a little couch surfing in 2006 in Australia, but then I spent a year doing my MBA so it all went a little quiet. Looking to get right back into it!!
