Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

So far I haven't lived in the kind of conditions where I could comfortably host anyone, but I like the concept of CouchSurfing. It's a good way to meet with new people, get to know places better than if you just went there not knowing anybody and, of course, a good way to save a bit of money while traveling.

Intereses

I've always loved studying new languages and cultures, but for a long time in my life I didn't really move anywhere outside of Finland. Well, Finland is a country of distances, so even traveling within Finland is it's own thing. However, after completing my BA thesis in Finland I decided to apply to study in Estonia, since the two nationalities are very close to each other and it makes for an interesting case of cultural exchange. I am always interested in learning something new about how we can understand each other better, and wish to work in a field where I can use my cultural expertise in the future.
