ABOUT ME

I just finished grad school at UC Berkeley and am beginning a job as a full time postdoctoral researcher. I love to travel, hike, camp, eat, cook. I'm super easy to get along with and am pretty go with the flow.

Couchsurfing is a great way to meet new, interesting people and get great travel tips. I'm excited to start exploring with fellow couchsurfers. I like to cook so if I'm surfing and the opportunity presents itself maybe I can whip up something to say thank you.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read all kinds of books but often go back to the classics. I enjoy knowing the basis for modern literature. I listen to every kind of music and especially like things to dance to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've always been really into astronomy and while I was camping in a remote part of Arizona there was a lunar eclipse. I've never seen so many stars in the sky. I've done some amazing star gazes before but this one blew my mind. With no light from the moon I felt like I could see worlds away. I felt so small and insignificant and I loved it.
