Hey, I'm Anusha.
I'm curious, open-minded, and friendly. I love meeting new people, sharing stories, and just enjoying the moment. I'm an Erasmus Mundus Scholar, it's a joint masters programme. So I move around a lot. My first semester was in Portugal, now I'm in Italy, and heading to France in September. I've always been into space science and research, but I also love traveling and meeting new people. This Erasmus journey has been amazing so far studying what I enjoy while exploring new places and meeting so many people from around the world. So yeah, this is what I’m up to- studying, traveling, and just having a good time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing to meet new people, experience local cultures and food, and just share good moments through nice conversations. It's about connecting and having a good time.

Interests

I'm really into planetary science and geology, some might think it's a bit nerdy but I love it and it's interesting.
I enjoy hiking and most sporty things. I like going out, meeting people, and spending time with friends and family. At the same time, I really value my personal space- some days are just for cooking a good meal, watching a movie, and chilling on my own.
I like history too- not an expert or anything, but I enjoy listening to stories from the past (I recently visited Pompeii archaeological park and seriously I enjoyed every moment walking through the ruins of the old roman city). And cooking is something I truly enjoy; it’s like my go-to stress buster.
I enjoy reading too, even if I haven’t been doing it much lately. I'm also passionate about environmental issues and climate change, and I hope to do something meaningful for the planet in the future.
