ABOUT ME

**I'm biking the circumference of Ireland in August so I'll be looking for places to stay and friends to meet**

I'm from NYC by way of Tokyo, lived in major cities my entire life and love everything from extreme sports (ice climbing, skydiving, etc) to reading a book with a glass of wine. Been lucky enough to have visited every continent but Antarctica and Africa (I'm not counting Egypt as part of Africa) and pretty much wide variety of human characteristics compiled into 1 singular person.

I work hard, enjoy my personal time and also love going out and getting a little crazy. I'm an M.Architecture Thesis student living on Haight Street, so life is pretty damn good for me.

PHILOSOPHY

The supreme misfortune is when theory outstrips performance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

**sporadic at best, when I use the site I'm on often and reply always. But I also go months without signing on**

I used to just travel, meet people in bars and couchsurf that way but who knew I could use the internet to do such a thing. Go figure. Ever since this revolution I've been all for returning the favors that were bestowed upon me. Go out, show someone the town and offer a place to crash.

Again all the better I live on Haight Street which tends to be a rather big destination for most folks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed all over the country and various locations overseas. Most recently some very nice people where kind enough to put me up in Dorset, England when I found my way down there visiting Corfe Castle.

兴趣

The broad overview would have to be architecture, extreme sports, the arts, chillin and enjoying life. I'll try just about anything one and am always up for new things. Love some food and am yet to refuse to try a local specialty. Give me a local dive over a rave restaurant any day.

Movies:
Pulp Fiction, American History X, Reservoir Dogs, Braveheart, Mallratz and any of the jersey series, Memento, Anchorman and a bunch of other shiat.

Music:
Just about anything and love hearing underground stuff so lets hear what you know.

Books:
Lullaby, Jitterbug Perfume, A Hundred Years of Solitude, the Iliad & Odyssey, greek tragedies and lots of architecture books. Plenty of other things too but w/e

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

So many to chose from but I drove across the United States solo, covering the South, Southeast, Texas, Southwest, Rockies, Northwest and Cali.

Also jumped off a bridge with my closest friends during morning rush hour. It was 284' high and solid ground under it so see if you cannot figure out how we pulled it off.
