ABOUT ME

I have an optimistic, fun demeanor and love to spend my time in conversation with new people. My height has played a big part in my life (6'10" or 208 cm) through getting noticed in a crowd to my position on the Kansas State University men's basketball team my freshman year. I love running, basketball, lifting weights, bicycling, reading, mathematics. Basically, a smart jock or an athletic nerd!

PHILOSOPHY

Life life to the fullest, and to the randomnest. Never be afraid to try new things. Be well rounded, but not so much that you roll away from who you really want to be in life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Was able to be a surfer around Europe, and am now back at KSU in Kansas, ready to host with a place of my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed at a couple of places (London and Paris), and am now hosting a couch.

兴趣

My interests vary from a variety of different subjects. Just to list them: basketball, bicycling, running, mathematics, tourism, trying new food, hanging out with friends, farming, hunting, and fishing. I truly enjoy trekking into untraveled territory. Adventure is a way to life life, in my opinion, for it will push your being's boundaries!

Well, to put it into a reasonably sized list of novels: Eragon series, anything John Steinbeck, anything Jules Verne, the Hunger Games, the Hardy Boys (childhood favorite), and The Host by Stephanie Meyer. For music, I will just put it into my favorite genres: country, rock, and oldies. As for movies, I will just put down Forrest Gump, V for Vendetta, and August Rush. Personal favorites usually fall under the comedy or action genres.

My life has been a massive collection of amazing events. From travelling to Washington D.C., to playing in an orchestra, to winning state in the 1600 meter dash, to being on a D1 basketball team, to being in Europe, I would have to say that is a quite exciting life (not to mention that I'm only scratching the surface!).

I have gotten quite good at country swing dancing. Also, I know quite a bit about farming, math, how to play the trumpet, and basketball.
