ABOUT ME

a semi-vegetarian, partially Buddhist earth-lover. I have done quite a bit of traveling and have lived in Asia for over 4 years. I've just moved back to Wisconsin and love spending time outdoors- skiing, kayaking, foraging and gardening. I love food: growing it, cooking it and eating it. I'm not very interested in watching TV or movies (some exceptions) because I feel they distract people from what is 'real' in life. Plan to do volunteer farming and drink some great wine durning my travels in Spain.

PHILOSOPHY

To be mindful, smile and eat... I'll come up with something better when not pressured.
