COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i just started couchsurfing in march in invercargill, it was so nice that i come back 6 weeks later with a bag of blue cod i catched on st. island and cooked a little dinner for this lovely "family" of flatmates

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

found out that going to your limits (and that means that you have to cross them to know what they are) via doing tracks and climbing some saddles is much more thrilling for me than all these bungee stuff (honestly, the truth is i am afraid of jumping on a bungee). i came once in a situation i never was so scared in my life and i really felt that is the end ...
i succeed and took the conclusion and learned from it

you cannot know before how the evening ends. so people are very different and that is the exciting thing. In every day life, the life i am used to it in germany i am mostly in contact who are similar to myself, just symphatie and a same level as base for realitionship. here i met a lot of people by chance and you are planning to do things together (tracks, meet in a cafe even if you don't know each other and have never seen before, sharing cars, hitchhiking and so on) and then you let things happen and neither you get in a deeper level, under the surface of all these superficial talks you started with when you meet new people, and profounding talks and relationship developing or not, friendship has for me a psychological quality and has to do with the personality of the people who become friends. i like it to know not so much about the other person before because i want to find out for myself and it keeps it more thrilling. its more exciting if you find out via talking that there are same interests, preferences, favours or totally different worlds can be very interesting as well. you have to work it out.
