I'm Mama to 5 gorgeous boys. Wife to my amazing hubby. I am currently studying a double certification in Health and Life Coaching. I decided to take the leap of faith at the age of 38 and study in something that is for me and that I feel called to do. I am passionate about people. Life has taught me that when I am focused on my self and my loved ones that everything else is a little easier.
I am an enthusiastic Scout leader. I love being outdoors and having fun with the awesome kids in our scout group.
We live out in the country in the lower Laurentians area in Québec, Canada. I love our home and our little village. During the warm season we have an abundance of fresh produce, meats, and foods. Definitely a place for any poutine fans.
I love camping with my family and friends. We regularly hang out at the local beach and in the shadey part of our back yard. I love hiking and and biking. I used to be a Zumba instructor. Now I just do it for fun with a group of local gals that keep me motivated and having fun.
During the colder months my favorite place is in front of our woodstove curled up in a warm blanket in my rocking chair. For some winter fun we enjoy cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice skating, tubbing, the occasional snow ball fight, if the snow conditions allow, and building all types of snow shelters in our back yard. My 5 boys keep me on my toes and I love it. Never a boring moment. I have a wonderful, supportive, loving, hubby. I have a life full of light and love.
