Mission? Hmmm. I don't know. I guess to live and get on with life happily :)

ABOUT ME

I am a qualified cranio sacral therapist and also train in marital arts here in Paris and really enjoy any kind of physical activity, dancing, yoga. Things that are freeing as well as things that have form.
I am also into writing poetry and drawing.
I like art, I like music a lot and I like finding curious and beautiful things in the world and people around me.

PHILOSOPHY

At the moment my personal philosophy is one of acceptance and gentleness if possible with whatever comes...be that sometimes the 'harder' to accept experiences...like anger or whatever. I really like NVC's approach, or a Buddhist approach I guess...but I am not an adherent to any one thing. I blow a little in the wind I guess.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have known a lot of couch surfers but never had a couch myself to spare and not used one either as I happen to know a lot of people around the world. I greatly appreciate the idea though and hope to be able to be more proactive in the future.
