Grounded in California, I travel for the exploration of new communities and expansion of seeing how other people live in different places around the world. The way I travel is through backroads, meeting and staying with locals, and visiting places that I can either hike, swim, climb, or check out yoga spots to host retreats.

Giving back is very important for me, so I make it priority to give back to the land, hosting a class, giving healing sessions or praying for the people, helping in gardens, to offer my gifts of healing, love, and yoga.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a traveler at heart and love visiting with the locals in any area I visit, staying with locals is much more sweet than staying in hotels for me it's a grounding experience.

Interests

I practice acro yoga, began rock climbing again, and am exploring places I've always wanted to hike. I teach a very beautiful form of yoga, called Shakti Naam Yoga, and perform Harmonyum Healings as well. Im a spiritual coach, and study Kabbalah. My gifts in this life are to bring people into a state of utter relaxation and awaken faculties in their heart that they can rest and nourish in. I'm currently putting together online courses to pass on my teachings and discoveries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sold my house, and bought a plane ticket in 7 days and moved to Tiru, India, not knowing a single person, I fell in love with the land and sat with my first teacher Mooji.
