About Me

Hi,

I'm German 'by passport', but have not lived there a long time, since most of the time, work-wise I am based abroad.
I've lived in Vienna and still keep a room here as a base, but I 'live' in Medellín Colombia this year.

I love anything outdoors, and I love dancing bachata and Kizomba, organizing trips and fun things with friends.. or also just hanging out, having a good conversation, with perhaps a beer or coffee.

Since I dont have a permenant 'home' myself right now, unfortunately I can't host anyone, but I love the idea of CS and I've met some of the most amazing persons through CS.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love meeting new, interesting people and getting inspired for new ideas myself, by hearing new stories and adventures. I've had amazing experiences through CS, and I think we all have so many more similarities than differences, the world is a big village, full of friends that we just haven't met yet :)

Interests

When I left my job earlier this year, the idea in my head was to travel with "five pair of shoes", that represent some of the things I love the most.
*Running shoes
*Hiking shoes
*Climbing shoes
*Dancing shoes
*Yoga socks ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Books, at the moment, Homo Deus by Yuval Harari.
Music is a mix. Movies also.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gosh, so many.

Teach, Learn, Share

Enjoy and be present in the moment. Life is only a serious of moments anyway, and before we know it, it's another year passed. It's the everyday magical moments that count I think. Don't postpone things, that's a very dangerous thing to do.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Lots of interesting and funny stories, a laugh, my energy, advice, if asked for, and an ear to listen.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Fiji, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Turkey, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria, Germany, Japan, Thailand, Turkey
