Overview
About Me
I’m originally from Indonesia and currently working as a software engineer. My passion for travel started when I watched an Indonesian TV show during Ramadan, which showed how people live in different parts of the world. Since then, I’ve always been curious to explore how people live, especially in different cultures and communities. I also enjoy watching movies from around the world. It makes me imagine what it’s like to walk those streets, eat their food, and experience their daily life.
For some people, traveling is about visiting famous landmarks or beautiful nature spots. But for me, it's about immersing myself in the local way of life, to connect with people, hear their stories, and for a moment, live like a local.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I grew up watching a show called TV show traveller during Ramadan, and it made me wonder how people live in different parts of the world. Since then, I’ve always dreamed of experiencing daily life in other countries, not just as a tourist, but by connecting with real people. Couchsurfing gives me that chance. I’m here to meet locals, share stories, and understand the world a little better through each person I meet.

What I Can Share with Hosts
Cultural Exchange
I love meeting local people to truly immerse myself in their culture through stories, food, and everyday life. I believe the best way to understand a place is through the people who live there.
Souvenirs from Indonesia
As a gesture of appreciation, I’d be happy to bring a small souvenir from Indonesia, like traditional tea or a piece of batik cloth. It’s my way of sharing a piece of my home with you.
How I Give Back
I'm respectful, clean, and happy to help around the house. I can also share travel tips or enjoy a good conversation. Whether it's over a shared meal or simply being a kind guest, I always try to give back in return.
