To look around the world is my dream. Now, I have been to 10 countries. I love to be a local and enjoy everything there. Walking on street, market, trying meals or cafe are great to have interesting local life. When I stay overseas with my local friends, I usually do not make rush schedule. I prefer to choose one spot and explore the places by myself or with friends. Without doing too much trip homework, I found that the surprise on the road may be more wonderful memory.

Recent years, I went to my friends' countries and visit their hometown. (Hong Kong, Canada, Malaysia, Vietnam and India) Each one was amazing experiences for me. I also was invited to attend their wedding to be a photographer. That's a great memory with their families. I like to share photos and stories with them on Facebook or Flickr after I come back.

I do not smoke. When I stay in my friend's house, I keep the room clean and neat. Good manner and polite attitude made me that had a good relationship with friend and their family. Sometimes, they also helped me to be better because I may not know the local culture. I really appreciate this kind of support from them. With all the good interaction, I had wonderful time with the people in different countries and cultures! I believe a good index is that friend's mother invited you come back again if you are a good guest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To make friends from different countries are like reading books. When I heard the ideas or stories from them, they open my vision and my mind.
While I am studying in university, international students show me their culture and lifestyle by presentations. CS and homestay are another way that is real experience in the country, so I not only see the things but feel the culture.
