About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I don't like olives. Maybe one day...

ABOUT ME

This is where I write how funny I am.

Everything is upside down right now. I am moving between my home in Lyngby (N cph) and Aarhus University where I am finishing my phd in greenland geology.

I like laughing. I use a fair bit of sarcasm, I find it is good way of expressing me as a person.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't regret. Do (eat olives)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I keep an open mind and I dont eat pork.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a big fan of gatherings and meet ups, picnics and nights out.
I have hosted a handful of surfers, and surfed a single time in Oxford.

Unfortunately, recently, I have been subject to surfers not showing up at the designated time and place.
If you find out that you can't make it, send me a text. CS is a matter of respect. I believe it is common courtesy to inform people of changes in plans in due time.

Interests

I recently started lifting, which is a great stress relieve and makes me feel good.
I play Frisbee Golf, Badminton and on occasion ultimate. When the hot easterly winds or the cold westerlies sets things in motion, I go to Amager Strand and fly my kite.
I am a keen photographer, and recently invested in a telescope for astro photography.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a tv. I try to find my way between mainstream and the quirky side of life, which often lands me on the far side of both.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Svalbard is no doubt my best experience so far. Working and travelling in Greenland is second. I dream of going to Iceland soon.

Teach, Learn, Share

My heart belongs to geology in all its aspects.

Glaciers
Palaeontology
climate evolution
oil exploration
seismic interpretation
Beer

Science is key.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Greenland

Countries I’ve Lived In

Denmark, Norway, United Kingdom
