Hi. Hey. Hello. Hola! My name is Argenis. It's Greek, my parents are from Mexico and I was born in the United States. I love the outdoors. I'm a very relaxed person. I enjoy tagging along on adventures and seeing what the day has to hold. You wake up everyday deciding if it's going to be good or bad. I tell myself that and try to stay optimistic. :)

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I want to target the world and see places that people only dream of. I think couch surfing is a great way to experience that and get to know the culture better and definitely more relaxed. I just feel like it's more peaceful and calm. I could be wrong. But that's okay. I'm on here to experience new things and grow as a person.

Interesses

Okay. So I like trying everything. Everyday is a new opportunity to do something new. But I'm constantly wanting to be outside. Soccer (football), mountain biking, hiking, video games, walking around. Listening is a huge one. It's hard to stick to one thing when there's so many possibilities. What I do everyday that I just love is to eat. Haha.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Music is everywhere. Definitely into alternative type of music. Like imagine dragons, Fun., and pop artists and throw a bit of rock in there. Rap and EDM: I dig those.

Movies: Gladiator, Neighbors, Dirty Grandpa, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty

Books: I'm barely getting into reading and lately it's been about ancient civilizations and cultural things. Also, like Atlantis time stuff. Oh! Then I love this book: The Happiness of Pursuit

so I signed up for a marathon race (26.2mi, 42.2km) and I didn't really train for it but finished the race crying out of pain. It was an amazing experience.

Teach: I can teach English! Not professionally but I can start you off. I just want to show that people are nice and caring as well. So many people protect themselves from the fear they've developed in their heads and we need to be able to open up more love everyone and ourselves everyday.

Learn: what is there not to learn. Everyday there is always a guarantee to learn something. I want to be able to grow as a person. I don't want to live a life that was forced upon me and by learning everyday and keeping an open mind I can choose where my life goes.
