ABOUT ME

I am a very passionate and dedicated person. I am currently doing the Rudolf Steiner teacher training and loving the journey it is taking me on. Full of so much heart, spirit, depth and incredible insight. I am also working one to one with a six year old autistic boy who is a beautiful light in my life~teaching me every day with more insights and learning. I am incredibly blessed with a beautiful sisterhood and close community, feeling very loved and supported in all I do. I adore to laugh and enjoy the simplicities of life. I am always seeking the truth and depth in all I do but with also a strive to bring a lightness and joy.

PHILOSOPHY

To be in the present moment. To express love and compassion and to live life true to my heart. To strive to have fun and nourishing moments in my life that make every cell feel joyous and alive. To connect more and more with Mother Earth and give thanks and blessings. I embrace my awareness of energy and intuition and strive to live by it.

Interessen

I do 5 rhythms weekly and hold a great passion for this as I feel it's when I'm in my true essence. I love to read, especially empowering, spiritual books that nourish my soul. I love to socialise, either having good chats, dancing,chilling, playing and simply being in good company. I love to sing, enjoy jamming with other musicians and have a great passion for all different types of music. I love film, especially world cinema...I feel when a film makes you care for the characters they have got to the audience on an emotional level which is the most powerful.I love to make yummy dinners with family and friends as good food is something I truly enjoy. I am very fond of being in nature and exploring all the wonders, it's something that makes me feel very calm and nourished. I am a passionate traveller and simply love surrendering to anothers culture and absorbing all the differences and similarities that holds. I cherish sharing moments with the people I love and like to meet new people also. I love cycling everywhere on my bike...feeling the blissful breeze with beautiful tunes playing away. Yoga, meditation and simply being I regularly do. I adore good humour, heart~full connections and LIFE!
