I work as a PhD student/researcher at the University of Antwerp in Sociology. In my free time I am a dancer and singer! I love solo travelling, meeting new people, vegan food, jazz and hip-hop music, trying to understand and find solutions for world problems (lol) and hiking in the nature!

When I travel, I mostly value the atmosphere of a place, the people, the local places, music and food, rather then the touristy stuff. Therefore, couchsurfing is a good way to discover a city in a more local way :)

I also love to meet interesting people when I am home, and I enjoy showing people around!
