CURRENT MISSION

Travelling in my old Element up to Vancouver from my home town Houston (at least as far as it will take me). Making the journey a bit long by stopping to ride as many mountain bike trails as possible! Also hiking and camping at various National Parks. Taking yoga classes along the way and perhaps checking out potential cities and/or towns to live in.

ABOUT ME

I love connecting with people with similar interests and being shown something new. I'm into cycling, climbing, surfing, love doing/practicing yoga in all its many forms. Interest in meditation, mother earth, positive thinking, and sharing knowledge and perception.

I'm new to this, looking forward to see how much participation will occur. I love to be able to help using my skills as a hairdresser/barber and a yoga instructor.

Currently into Mountain biking, love being out in nature and rolling through the tree line into an open field and dropping into some single tracks!
Keeping a focus on daily meditation and asana practice, though i know ever day is different and allowing those differences to happen.
Compassionate living and eating, what whatever capacity that i can endure each day!

I'm a yoga instructor, barber and hair stylist for many years, adventure enthusiast, all forms of travelling from hiking the Himalayas to bicycle touring southeast asia, was a musician that traveled and did some recordings. Love to share what knowledge i have collected and experienced and love to receive what information and adventures others are willing to share.
