My name is Ariane. I am currently a student at university. I study English and Geography. I am also new to CS.
I like to gain new experiences, collect new memories and meet new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, but my former travel experiences have always been the best when I met new people. CS sounds like a great opportunity to do so, as well as making new friends and get a local experience.
Besides it‘s adventurous and fun, and you really get the chance to get to know the places you travel to from a different persepctive, which I like.

Favorite music: I am always open to new music and artists and genres, most of the time I like all different kinds of music :)

Favorite book: See Jane run! - Joy Fielding (read a lot of books and will keep reading as many as I can
and am always happy about book recommendations)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the courage to go abroad to the USA for 13 month and not being able to see my family and friends for that time period. Maybe in today’s world that is nothing extraordinary, but I am still proud of myself :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am an easy going and open minded person. I‘d love to connect and share stories about anything. I also wouldn’t mind teaching some German if anyone would be interested. In general I am just looking for a great time and a fun travel experience. It’d also be a great bonus to make new friends.
