I am a recent high school graduate with big dreams and ambitions. I have been accepted into Pennsylvania State University and I plan on double majoring in Landscape Architecture and environmental science. I live about 15 minutes away from the campus so I've been here all of my life. Ever since sophomore year I've been looking at different options to travel abroad which led me to the grand old gap year. I am an extremely outgoing person who is literally up for doing anything. I have played basketball, softball and rugby. Softball being my most skilled sport. That being said although I am outgoing and maybe a little too much at times I can also be reserved and quiet as I do other hobbies like reading and watching books. I have two brothers, my mom and dad and my two dogs.

Me and a couple of friends are taking a gap year and because I still have four years of college to pay for we are trying to be as low cost as possible. Also I believe staying with hosts will have a huge impact on cultural immersion and to help with really getting to know places.
