我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couch surfing was suggested to me by a friend as a way to travel cheaply yet have an enriching experience. I haven't yet been out of the country and I think it would be great to meet locals and learn more about the culture of various destinations.

I like anything from hip hop to funk to synth rock. Right now I'm really into Shannon and the Clams. I dig their surfer rock, jazzy blues undertones, and soul. TV on the Radio, St. Vincent, Portugal the Man, Aesop Rock are some of my favorites. I'm also a huge fan of female vocalists - Janelle Monae, Erykah Badu, Grace Mitchell, all 90s girl bands. Stylistically, I'm a big fan of Wes Anderson films. I also love Marvel movies. I love reading about sociology and psychology. Malcom Gladwell is one of my favorite authors.
