About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I've been involved in fundraising efforts for cancer research ever since my grandfather died from lung cancer. I'm hoping that the research can save the lives of others. I want to write book about traveling for next project.
ABOUT ME
As a first child from military family growing up in a region with war, seeing my people homeless, poor, without education, and losing someone every single day, if I’m here today that’s because I’ve learnt to take every day as a new chance to learn more, to give more, and to love more. I believe we truly make life of what we give and there’s nothing more wonderful than making a child smile and have a great hope for better future. That’s the reason that I stand for because I believe God create us to love each other.
PHILOSOPHY
Kindness is a language, blind can see and deaf can hear.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
This is a good opportunity to show us understand the importance of adjusting your preferences when necessary. At home, we enjoy talking on the phone and emails. At traveling, we can follow the established pattern. Each of my hosted, in the past, they had a preferred method I've followed their lead. Beside it, I want to meet new friend to share about his Country, about culture, daily life etc.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was on vacation in Bali, Indonesia and saw a woman with a homemade seesaw she was using to lift her laundry basket when she needed something out of it. It gave me an idea for a new type of scaffolding that I designed when I got back to work. Now our brick masons have a rotating bench that keeps their materials at waist level, which reduces back fatigue. Its a reason why I love traveling so much because Its make us get new experience, knowledge etc
Interests
I am a real sports fan. Whether watching or playing, I enjoy the excitement that sports such as baseball, basketball, and tennis have to offer. I especially enjoy team sports. Knowing that a group of people is working so closely together to achieve a specific goal is inspiring to me in many ways. I know that many of couchsurfer are high profile sports clubs and I think that because of my dedication to sports of all kinds, I could definitely bring a unique perspective and insight to the couchsurfing.
I used to play football, and our coach always taught us that the most important part of the game was watching out for the other guy; that if you do that job well, you'll always have someone watching out for you as well. It is exactly this strategy that I have tried to apply in my professional life. Help out when and where you can, and you'll always have others to rely on as well. Beside it, I love to cook and entertain. That's the salesman coming out in me. I love sharing experiences with people, and I'm very outgoing.
The main thing that helps me to relax is my family. For me, my weekends are like a vacation. I make the most of all the time I have to spend with my family. When I'm at study, I focus on what is going on in my professional life, but when I am at home, it's all about my family. When I began working at my Collage, I decided to buy a home about twenty miles outside of the city. It was really one of the best things we ever did, now, even the drive home is relaxing. And now, I assume that couchsurfer is my big family. :)

Music, Movies, and Books
My Favorite Music is :
Musical tastes are complex, deeply personal and ever evolving. Songs come and go from the soundtrack of your life, vibrating your heartstrings for a while, then slowly losing their resonance until they begin to cloy and become not so much emotional experiences as triggers to memories of emotional experiences. I love every kinds of musics.
My Favorite Movie is :
The Way Back is an amazing movie and one of my favorites. Its a drama and is about this kid who has to spend the summer at a beach house with his mom and stepdad, who he doesnt like, and with his stepdads daughter. He doesnt want to be there, and ventures out one day and finds this water park where he meets some amazing people who begin to be his friends. And he also meets a girl. These people are the only ones who understand him, and he eventually has to leave. Watch the movie its amazing I swear you'll love it if you like dramas.
My Favorite Books are :
I 'm currently reading The Kite Runner (if any of you actually read or like books then you know how critically acclaimed this is) and I would like suggestions of good books. I really like books that make you think, like 1984. I enjoy anything educational & inspirational.
Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro. I read it a few months ago and instantly fell in love with it. It's about three young adults (follows them throughout adolescence) living in a boarding school in England (the time period isn't specified). Can't say too much without giving away the twist, which reveals itself gradually throughout the book, but it's not a "teen" book, it's really very mature and it's just so nostalgic and melancholic. That may seem depressing and boring to most, but I guess my personality is kind of like of nostalgic and melancholic, so I didn't find it depressing or boring at all. It's kind of about growing up and reflecting on memories and stuff, and it's very dark also.
I also classical book like Lolita. it's a book about a pedophile and obsessive man named Humbert who falls in love with a 12 year old girl. It's incredibly well-written (of course, it's Nabokov), and despite the really uncomfortable subject matter, it's intensely engaging. It's also a very layered read, it took me a second time reading it to really get to understand the characters and their motivations. It's also extremely dark, witty, and sarcastic, but always written in an almost poetic prose.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As a child growing up in South Sulawesi, I would regularly travel to Garut to visit my grandparents who lived in the Nagreg. One year on the flight to my grandfather's house, I would have been about 12 or 13, the pilot got on the intercom and said that our flight was running ahead of schedule, and we're very close to the Green Canyon. If nobody on the flight objected, he would take our flight about 15 minutes off course and we'd be able to see the Green Canyon. It was just before sunset. Nobody objected, and so we took a little detour. When we got to the Green Canyon, he flew inline above the canyon, took us in a bit low, running above the right side, he would tilt the plane so everyone on the left could look down and see, then switched to the opposite bank, and tilted so everyone on the right could look out. Then to return to our flight path, he doubled back and went up the length of the Canyon in the opposite direction. All the while, remember, it was just before sunset. I could look up, and out to the East and see the moon and stars, I could look out to the West and still see the sun, very low in the sky, and look down and see the Green Canyon below. I was awe struck by the grandeur of nature, the infinite of space, and the marvel of aviation engineering. There is no means of capturing such a moment in a photo.
Teach, Learn, Share
While I was teach as a senior high school course privat teacher, I had the opportunity to take a student aside to help him with a particularly difficult math concept that he was having trouble understanding. When I was able to show him a different way to approach the problem, and he 'got it', I knew that I had chosen the right field, be a couchsurfer and helps others.
I’ve learnt to take every day as a new chance to learn more, to give more, and to love more. I want another people do
I love to share with other people about my experience, knowledge about everything.
