Hello my name is Ariel. I'm from ushuaia, Land of Fire Argentina. I'm a cook, I am in this profession because food unites people, eating is something we all have in common, but each one gives it its personal touch,that makes all the difference.
My purpose with this trip is to try to meet people, from different cultures, to learn from their meals, from their humility with which they are made, of its origins. I think that food is much of one's self-confidence in another person, beyond the saying "cook it with love", yourself makes yourself known by cooking something that will mark you at a time in life, whether with loved ones or special moments you're making that valuable known to the diner. Because of that I am in this beautiful profession.
I will begin my journey in September through London, Belgium, France and Germany. The schedule that would handle me to meet would be during the day my luggage has a backpack, and I have no drama in the place to sleep. I respect their schedules and I can drive around the city alone.
