Overview
About Me
I am a super enthusiastic, slightly sarcastic, and very positive Canadian girl! I love to travel because I want to broaden my mind and make more meaningful connections.
Everyone has something unique to offer. A spark, a light if you will, and by making connections we each have the opportunity to get to know each other and perhaps even ourselves a little better. I believe that the things that make us different ought to be celebrated as much as those comforting similarities.
I enjoy helping out whenever I can by volunteering, painting and encouraging others to explore their artistic creativity, and I am currently studying social entrepreneurship.
I love art and believe it has the ability to help heal many wounds, known and buried. It's helped me change and challenge my perspective and think creatively.
I also love Spanish as I lived in Spain and instead of writing a book about all the things I am passionate about I think I will just encourage you to meet up and get to know me a little better!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When the Dalai Lama was asked who his biggest inspiration is he answered "every person I have ever met." How beautiful and true. How better to learn about the world we live in than by meeting new people and seeing their light?
