ABOUT ME

My friends would say I am extremely friendly, goofy, quite sweet, energetic, musical, body oriented, emotionally intelligent, analytical, and pretty darn lovable. They would also comment on my curiosity for people and desire for spontaneous connections. All my friends attest to my awesome hugs.

Interests

Being alive in my body is of much importance to me. I am a dancer/choregrapher, senser/feeler, animal/creature. Experiencing the beauty of the world through all the senses is one of the biggest ways that life is worth living for me. While that's big talk, I do actually enjoy all the little beauties on the daily, be it a flower, a smile, a funny walk, storm clouds or the sound of a train.
I love connecting with friends and family, I also enjoy working hard, exchanging bodywork, taking morning walks, photography, live music, collaging and waxing psychology, spirituality and metaphysics. I often get stuck in my head with existential questioning and enjoy both diving into that as well as relief from it with a cold beer and good 'ol fashioned fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

*) Swimming at night in the middle of a lake in northeastern California. Naked, hair floating, darkness all around, stars above, houseboats with twinkling lights in the distance shooting fireworks...

*) Burning Man has given me too many to count. Dancing to ecstatic heights with wildly dressed strangers, fire cannons blasting, bass vibrating the barrel of my heart chamber, feeling more alive than I knew was possible.

*) Have lost a few loved ones. Nothing has put me more in touch with spirit, reality, and true love than the death of those precious people.
