COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Looking back on it, I have been bitten by the travel bug and couch surfing since I was short. (I don't mean this by means of slumber parties.) I would spend time with this family member, or that, while my mom was finishing college; and then started doing the slumber party-thing for a brief period of time. Eventually, this evolved into house-sitting and watching friend's dogs/pets while they were away from home. Currently, I'm experiencing a great deal of spiritual restlessness, and am seeking adventure; so I have been visiting friends that have moved throughout the states and Canada. Now I'm looking to move beyond the comfort of what is at my door, or couch, so I plan on venturing the globe for a while; and then offering a couch.

Music, Movies, and Books
Currently, I'm burnt out on watching movies. The summary version of that is I used to date a guy who was a writer, who didn't want to experience anything outside of the house. He wanted to recycle ideas from other people. With that baggage out of the way...my music interests vary by mood, day and activity. I will listen to Cajun for something lively and motovating to something more wordly classic like Jim Hall and Pat Methony to chill-out. If it bothers me, I'll let you know; but I can pretty much listen to it all. I like to read anything that I can get my hands on.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was sixteen I spent two weeks in Paris, France; and spent a week getting back home to Seattle due to experiencing various delays at countless airports. The week getting back home was more adventurous than the intial vacation! Lesson learned, the couches in Portland International Airport are really uncomfortable.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy cooking, and professional bodywork, and would like to share recipes with others. Let's swap food ideas, or trade professional massages.
