ABOUT ME

I'm an easy-going, kind and understanding critter, shy at first, but very friendly and sociable as you get to know me. I'm passionate about many things, very open-minded, inspired by beauty of the world and desperate to travel to all corners of our galaxy. I'm considered drop-dead cute by most of my friends, always on the bright side and adamantly refusing to be an adult. I'm still into cartoons, video games, fiction books, gadgets, board games - anything that is designed to send sparks of wonder into your eyes and keep your mind fit and quick.
I can learn from anybody in any situation and I'm trying to give back as much as I get. I'm very hospitable and caring, so if you happen to find yourself under my wing I'll never make you feel uncomfortable or abandoned.
I don't smoke and I don't drink much. A couple beers with a burger are great. A bottle of wine to complement a cheese plate for the evening is awesome. But that's about it. I'm definitely not a nightclub person and I feel somewhat uncomfortable in big crowds. I am a good listener so all of my attention is yours if you enjoy sharing stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love being a host. Countless friends, both locals and foreigners, have stayed over at my place during the last 4-5 years, but the idea to register on couchsurfing hit me just now - which is awesome! I hope to meet lots of new people, know their life stories and share some of mine, making the world a better place :)

Interests

I love challenge in all its forms. I'm also pretty much into drawing, writing, cycling, animation, guitar playing, sculpting, origami, basketball, snowboarding, trekking, languages, meeting new people and helping those in need. I'm open to nearly any experience and get carried away easily with both fascinating things and fascinating people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing the waterfall in Corsican mountains without a safety rope. A true challenge that threw all of my senses into overload.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can guide you around the city for hours, sharing my favorite places, eating tasty stuff, enjoying the beauty of art and music, discussing books and movies that touched my soul, exploring new areas together, doing something really funny and reckless to reminisce about in the future. I'm eager to share my inner world if you share yours ;) And to top it all off, I can teach you a little Russian. You know, some of those *really important* swear words that you can shove in between your usual f-bombs.
I'd be happy if you could just keep me company. But if you happen to play the guitar or draw like a god/goddess, I'd be thrilled to adopt some of your precious technics. I am a grateful student and I tend to respect and appreciate my teachers highly. Oh, and I'd really love to learn sign language. I got past the ABC and some basics but a live tutor would be an awesome kick-start to my withered enthusiasm.
