Overview
About Me
In 2020, I moved from the Capital City Kampala and relocated to a country setting in Jinja, about 90 km from the city. I now live in Njeru, Jinja Uganda. That decision to travel became transformational for me; from a depressed 20something, I am now a less anxious, more social, funloving person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have found healing here and this space has generously nurtured my creative energy I rent a gated compound of 1.5 acres. It is 5 minutes walk from the river banks of The Nile, it is a haven for birds; being so close to the river and in a space with much of it’s wild intact. This place is a perfect get away from life’s hustle, a place to view the sun rise, hear the morning birds tweet timely at 6:00am.
I would love to share this space with couchsafers worldwide so they can find calm and rest as they journey through life.
