I've been traveling quite a lot when I was younger, and now I am retired I am planning to get back on the road. I am always happy to meet travelers and help them as I know what it is to be looking for a place to sleep (I've been hitchhiking a lot in South America - a long time ago).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've got rooms in my house to host people, so why not ?
My children also love couchsurfing and we are all pretty laid back and like meeting people from all over the world, sharing is another way to travel.

I accept hosting people for 1 or 2 nights.

Interests

Always keen to talk, to hear other people's ideas, to learn about different way of life. Trying to have a simple life (starting to grew up my vegetables) and I am interested in History, in litterature (I've been French Teacher for awhile).
Now I am learning Breton, and I will be happy to teach you all I know about Brittanish culture if you are interested. :)
