Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I try to be as helpful as possible and I might have done several things but I can only recall this at the moment:

During the college days, one day when I and my roommates were returning from the college, we got caught in a heavy downpour and so we stood under a shed. At a distance, we saw there was a truck that got stuck in the mud and the driver was desperately trying to get it out. We were four of us so we left our backpacks in the shade and stepped out in the rain and helped the trucker get his vehicle out from the mud. He was all grateful and drove away happy.
