How to Cook Fried Rice?
Heat oil in a skillet or wok, and add the bell pepper and green onion. Cook the vegetables until they're tender. Add the meat to the skillet and cook it for one minute, stirring constantly. Put in the salt and pepper. Combine the rice with the meat and vegetable mixture. Stir constantly to heat the rice throughout.
Make a pit in the middle of the rice mixture. Place the beaten eggs in the pit and allow them to cook until they're firm. Mix the cooked eggs in with the rice and meat. Blend in the soy sauce.
