ABOUT ME

Well... it´s difficult to talk about our proper self and to be objective about it. I'm a chef in France but right now i'm travelling and my mission is to discover more and more things and news plates and tastes, and enjoy life, of course!
I´m a friendly, open minded and curious person and i like to do many things! Meet people, learn diferents cultures and languages, make party and concerts, share a good food discussing about everything, silly, funy and important things. Drink wine.
I think we must test all we can, that it´s our experiences wich built us.
I´m greedy of new tastes and i love spicy food.
I read a lot and used to go a lot to the cinema.
I like to walk in the steets and watch, listen people when i discover a new place or a new city.
I love dreaming.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Talking to people of this project every where i go and meet good people. Now i'm traveling but i'll be happy to host people in my house when i`ll be back to France.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´ve only few experiences as a surfer but every time it was fantastic! I've meet many good and nice people. Rio de janeiro, Porto Alegre, Buenos Aires each time different and amazing experiences.

Interests

Travelling and discover new things and new people. Food, arts, music, cinéma, learn languages and new cultures, drink,laugh and go out with friends, but also take the time to think and discuss about life, the world, politic.
I love to cook, discover new tastes and share a good meal and a glass of wine with nice people.

I like a lot of kind of music, here are few of them: Radiohead, Pink Floyds, Beatles, Caetano Veloso, Chinese Man, Noir Desir, The Doors, Buena Vista Social Club, Goran Bregovitch, Sayag jazz machine, Puppets Mastaz, General Elektrics, Yann Tiersen, Mano Solo, Bob Marley, Manu Chao, Kenny Arkana, Soom T, Lhassa, musica brasilera, samba, tango, salsa, cumbia, musica africana....

I love cinema, especially independant and international cinema, the directors like Kusturica, Ken Loach, Godard, Tarantino, Tsaï Ming-Liang, Trapero, Almodovar....but also the films like "Breaking the Waves" by Lars Von Triers, "The holly Montain" by Jodorowski, "In the mood for love" by Wong Kar Waï, "Amelie Poulain" by Jean Pierre Jeunet, "Old boy" by Park Chan-Wook, "Zazie dans le métro" ....and many others films, the list could take ages!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The glaciar Perito Moreno (Argentina Patagonia). The incredible colour blue reflected inside the glaciar and it's so big! there is kilometers of ice, it's amazing in the silence of the morning.

Teach, Learn, Share

It would be a pleasure to share end teach what i know whith other people but i guess we exchange and teach to each other each time we meet people confronting our experiences of travel, culture, food...

Many things to learn! One of the things i really want to learn is music, to play piano and to dance the salsa!
