ABOUT ME

I am a currently a second year student of Biology and Chemistry at the University of San Diego, but I am originally from Seattle and the Pacific Northwest is where I want to end up. I am hoping to some day go to graduate school and I enjoy experiencing new things, especially new cultures, which is why I love traveling. I hope to visit as many places as possible while I am still young so that I can better myself with diverse experiences and grow with knowledge of the world. I also enjoy seeing art and culture that are around the places and cities that I visit, as they give me a sense of what the people of that area are like.

I am currently studying abroad at Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Donde estoy aca, quiero viagar mucho y visto todo en esta pais y circa lugares.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love taking people around places that I know, and exploring new places that I have yet to discover with people who are familiar with them. I also enjoy going to the events to meet knew people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a couple of people at my house over the last few years and crashed at someone's place once in Paris, but I am hoping to meet more people and visit more places.

Interests

I love nature, science and art. I am really into the outdoors so I enjoy hiking, swimming, camping, and walking though the mountains, outdoors and cities. Experiencing different cultures is great, so I love going out to eat, dance, and meet new people. I also like going to museums, markets, and parks while in the city.
I am studying chemistry and biology in school because I really enjoy learning and the natural world.I hope to do research one day and to teach, so that I can give back. I also am interested in exploring new places through food, I am always willing to eat new and different foods.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Saw a Giraffe being born with some colleagues
-Hiked through Patagonia with new friends
-Boated through Iguazu Falls while I studied abroad
-Gazed at the ceilings of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque
-Visited Auschwitz with my family (not amazing but life changing)
-Climbed the Mayan pyramids in Chichen Itza with my oldest friend
-Swam with leopard sharks in San Diego with my classmates
-Had a beer and a joint on the Rhine with my cousin

I work to see the world over by doing as many new things and meeting as many different people as possible. Please ask me about some of the things I've done with the people I have met and tell me your amazing stories; I love to share what I have done and I am always looking to learn about what is in the part of the world I have yet to see.
