Overview
About Me
I'm an international student in Pullman, WA, working towards my PhD in computer science. I'm from Iran originally and have been here for about 3 years now. When I'm not at school I tend to watch movies, read a book and occasionally bake. I enjoy short walks outside and hiking. I'm not a very social person, an honest advise, but I think I'm nice and I'll usually go out of my way to help. (The combination of not being social and trying to be helpful I think to the extremity makes a weird character I think). I like learning about languages. I am interested in philosophy and literature. I care about civil liberties.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have couch-surfed only once, and that was a trip to Seattle. I do like road trips and travelling but in my current status that's not something I can do often. Still, if I find a time I will probably plan a couchsurfing trip. I think couchsurfing is cool, because there is more to a town than its buildings and museums and history, I think the people of a town define that place and having the chance to stay with one of them is a great experience. Besides that, for a socially awkward person like me it's an opportunity to spend sometime with a new person.
