I'm an engineer and musician from Valencia who doesn't believe in conventional tourism, based on taking a handful of pictures of the most typical places, laying on the beach, eating in McDonald's and having no contact with locals at all. I decided to join CouchSurfing to promote a tourism model more based on integration and contact among people from different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm kind of skeptical about this "I-love-meeting-new-people" jibber-jabber. It's redundant: everyone does. Otherwise, what's the point of belonging to CouchSurfing?
