I'm Arne, 23 years old and addicted to travelling. In my nearly 6 years of studying, I used every free week to spend time abroad, go away from the "normal" life and see other places, people and cultures. I'm not the one who writes lots of stuff about his own life but in good company with awesome people and interesting topics I haven't got any problems to put stories of my life into the conversation.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I started couchsurfing when I had too much time but no money, so I decided to try hitchhiking and couchsurfing. But after the first time I used couchsurfing I understood the real meaning of it. It's such a cool stuff for connecting, sharing food, drinks and lots of experiences and especially learning about the real cultures in the countries/regions you're travelling. Every time I used couchsurfing I met so interesting, helpful, open-minded people and everytime we spent at least one great evening together.

兴趣

I'm very open-minded to other interests, but I really love days with some sportive action outside which ends with a barbecue in the nature, garden, balcony or also just a few beers on the couch. If it's not every day, I'm also a person who likes to go out for some nice pubs or clubs and I also really love festivals. There's no year without a festival in my life.

Meanwhile I'm really open-minded to a lot of music. It depends on the mood if I hear rock, reggae, electro or hip hop (if it's no autotune rap - I hate that ;)). Mostly I prefere selfmade music. It just needs a guitar and people who aren't too shy to sing ;)
There are also a lots of movies which I watch. My favourite genres are psycho-thrillers, but I think in nearly every genre, there are lots of good and bad movies. Important while watching for me is that the end will surprise me so I really love mind-fuck-movies like Fight Club, Shutter Island or Memento.
I only read books in holidays which I do still very often. For books I also prefere thrillers. Some of my favourite autors are Dan Brown, Simon Beckett or Cody McFayden
