I was involved in Moscow couchsurfing community by a friend. Met many new friends here.

Well, books are Adams' "Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy", Barnes' "A History of the World in 10½ Chapters" or any of theirs. Bradbury, Azimov, Palahniuk, McEwan, lots of sci-fi and pop science.

Movies are "12 monkeys", "Fear and loathing in Las Vegas" etc etc etc. Love british tv-shows like "IT crowd", "Extras", "Monkey Dust", "QI"(and everything Steven Fry does). And of course "The Simpsons" (fan since 1996), "Futurama", "Family Guy" and such.

As for music, any good. Indie, reggae, dub, hip-hop, good electronic stuff will work too.

Being a bit acrophobic, did a solo jump with a parachute. God, it was scary!

I can cook a bit. Could share an interesting recipe with you. Or learn some from you with pleasure.
Can also advice a place to see in Moscow or show some myself if not busy.
