Hi there!
I am from Russian Federation even though I was born in Germany. I have stayed there only for an year, so I could not memorize anything, but both of my parents are from Russia, so after an year we moved back to Russia and I can tell you a lot of interesting things about my country.
I am 23 years old and I have been travelling some. At 15 years old, back in 2006 I was an exchange student to the USA. I have had stayed there for 1 academic year, so that's the point where my travelling journey started. Before going there I didn't even know English, after 8 months of studying there I could easily communicate with any American. I have a part time job as an interpreter now.
After that I have been to the USA two more times, also I have visited Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Kazakstan, Ukraine, Turkey,Bolgaria.
I like to meet new people and exchange the knowledge I have about my culture and also get to know cultures of their own nation. Moreover, everyone has his own life experience which is unique and sharing this experience might lead to a great communication.
I don't like to seat still. I am always on the move. I like to "GO-GO-GO".

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

As I said I like to travel and I want to do it more and more. So couchfurfing is not only cheapest way to explore the world (otherwise I would have to save up for several years just to visit one country, with couchsurfing I have a chance to see much more in a short period of time), but it also a chance to see real citizens who live in the city I visit. I would love to know where to go and what to see and in return share my Russian experience and some Russian souvenirs:)
