About Me
Hey! 5 years ago I was actively traveling through CouchSurfing, but then there was a period of calm. I have enough energy again to explore places and new people. I couldn't restore access to my old account, so I created a new one. Maybe Instagram will help you know me better: https://www.instagram.com/_arti.art/
So, about me: Russian born, Bangkok based Product Designer, working remotely and constantly looking for new horizons to explore. I’d describe myself as a curious, driven, and positive guy. I'm falling in love with breathtaking sunsets, and discovering hidden gems in new city I visit
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me it’s never about a "free bed." I’m here for the people. Living in Bangkok for a few years has taught me that the best parts of a country aren't in the guidebooks, they are in locals. I’m looking for cultural exchange (whether it’s a dinner conversation or seeing the city through your eyes)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: My playlist is a mix of classics and grooves: Queen, Daft Punk, Radiohead, Thundercat and so on. Also I like techno :3
I’ll always love The Little Prince which helps me remember to be open and curios
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once hitchhiked 8,000 km across Russia. It was an eye-opening journey that taught me more about human kindness (and not only kindness). Another one: I design digital products that millions of people use every single day, it gives meaning to life
Teach, Learn, Share
I can show you how to cook perfect Russian "blini" (crepes), teach you some funny Russian slang :)
I’m always open to learning about local traditions, a few phrases in your language and any new things overall
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m a respectful and tidy guest. I’m happy to help with cleaning or cook a meal. I usually travel with a small souvenir from my current home (Bangkok or beyond) and I definitely have a few wild life stories from my hitchhiking days to keep the conversation going
