Hi, I’m Arthur, a 26-year-old from Belgium with a passion for travel, sports, and cultural exchange. I’ve always been curious about the world, which has led me to explore different countries, learn new languages, and meet incredible people along the way.

I’m currently studying Tourism & Recreation Management at VIVES University in Bruges, a stunning medieval city that I highly recommend visiting! As much as I enjoy my studies, I also love working and getting hands-on experience. That’s why I’m always open to new challenges, whether it’s learning a new skill, taking on a physically demanding job, or adapting to different environments.

I would describe myself as social, open-minded, and energetic. I love deep conversations just as much as casual chats, and I truly enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. Every person has a story to tell, and I love exchanging experiences that broaden my perspective on the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, Couchsurfing is about authentic connections. I love the idea of staying with locals, experiencing a place from a different perspective, and sharing moments with people who have similar values. Hotels and hostels can be great, but they often lack the personal touch that comes with real cultural exchange.

One of the most incredible things I’ve done is run Five marathons, Jumped off the highest bridge in africa the bloukrans bridge, jumped out of a plane in Australia

Teach: I’m happy to share my passion for sports, especially running and soccer! I can give you some training tips or help you get started with running.
Learn: I love learning new languages and skills. If you speak another language, I’d love to practice with you! I’m also interested in business, finance, and cultural traditions so I’m always up for an interesting discussion.
Share: I can share my travel stories, some Belgian cultural insights (yes, I can tell you all about beer, chocolate, and waffles!), and my enthusiasm for discovering new places.
