- my schedule is quite tight and unpredictable and I can't tell whether I'll be available on a specific date, so I prefer short notices (~1-2 days). Thank you!
- we get a lot of requests in Bordeaux (several each day) and my free time is limited so I tend to prioritize slow travelers (hikers, cyclists) and people that also host surfers. All of this works because you give back what you received. So if you have 30 reviews as a guest but none as a host, the odds won't be at your advantage 😉

- I recently moved outside the city center (Caudéran district). It's 15 minutes from the city center by bus or by public bike.

I'm Arthur, 30-ish, I live in a small house in Bordeaux, France. I'm an web and videogame developer and I'm very passionate about it! I have a lot of hobbies and I'm very curious about discovering new ones. I especially love sports (bouldering!!), IT, playing a bit of music, videogames/board games, talking and debating about pretty much everything, traveling on my bicycle.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

CouchSurfing (and similar) makes it easier for travelers to exit main touristy paths, granting a better understanding about the people and the country they're visiting.
It also makes traveling affordable enough so that everybody can do it and that's important (to me :) )
